Who is collecting your information. The information you provide on this form is collected and held by CozziTech LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). CozziTech LLC is the only party with access to your information. Your information is not sold, rented, traded, or otherwise disclosed to any third party, except as required by law or court order.
What we collect. Only the information you voluntarily provide on this form. The specific fields are visible above before you submit. We may also automatically record limited technical information at the time of submission (date and time, a hashed identifier derived from your network address used solely for abuse prevention and rate limiting, and your browser's reported user agent).
Why we collect it. To collect interest registrations for CT Agency Suite so CozziTech can notify prospective agency customers when the platform is ready to launch. We will not use your information for any unrelated purpose without first obtaining your consent.
No third-party access. Your information is stored on infrastructure controlled by us. We do not share, license, or transfer your information to any third party for marketing, advertising, analytics, profiling, or any other purpose. Limited service providers (such as a transactional email delivery provider, where applicable) may process your information solely on our behalf, under contract, and only to the extent necessary to deliver the service you have requested.
How we store it. Your information is stored in a secure database that is not directly reachable from the public internet. Access is restricted to authorized personnel of CozziTech LLC. We employ industry-standard safeguards including transport encryption (HTTPS), parameterized database access, access controls, and audit logging.
How long we keep it. We retain your information only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion at any time using the contact information below.
Your choices and rights. You may request: (a) a copy of the information we hold about you; (b) correction of inaccurate information; or (c) deletion of your information. Send requests to the address in section 9. We will respond within a reasonable time.
No guaranteed communications. Submitting this form does not create any contract, account, or obligation on our part to provide a product, service, or response, unless explicitly stated on the form itself.
